2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. oleo---divided
2-3 bananas
1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix crumbs with 1/2 c. oleo, melted. Cover bottom of 11"X15" pan, leaving 1/2 the crumbs for top. Slice bananas long ways and lay over crumbs. Slice ice cream 3/4" thick and place over bananas. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze. Melt chips with 1/2 c. oleo and add sugar and milk. Cook until thick and smooth. (Do not stop cooking until thick.) I use the microwave. Add vanilla and cool. Pour over ice cream and freeze. Top with Cool Whip and rest of crumbs. Freeze. Let set about 20 minutes before cutting.
