24 vanilla wafers
Cheese filling:
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each foil muffin cup. Mix cheese filling ingredients together and divide evenly between the 24 foil cups. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Mix topping and divide between 24 cups evenly and bake 5 minutes more. Top with cherry pie filling divided evenly over the 24 cups. (about 2-3 cherries each) Refrigerate.
