1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. mayo
1 c. milk
1 1/2- 2 c. shredded parmesan
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz cooked cheese tortellini
1 ham steak chopped
1-1 1/2 c. peas

In large pot, combine first 8 ingredients until melted. Add last 3 ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
