1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp/ vanilla 1 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 8-9 Reese's Peanut Butter cups
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together. Blend into creamed mixture. Shape into balls and press in peanut butter cups. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Do not overcook. Note - To make them easier to press in, refrigerate or freeze them for a few minutes.
