Cake:
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cake:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and mix well. Combine soda with sour cream. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and add alternately with sour cream to above ingredients. Pour in half the batter in greased pan, spread pineapple over this then add the remaining batter.

Topping:
Combine all ingredients then sprinkle over the batter and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serves 15-20
