3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/3 grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
grape or cherry tomatoes

Lightly mix pasta and dressing. Refrigerate for an hour or more. Sprinkle with pepper to taste and ad cherry or grape tomatoes just before serving.
