Ingredients:  
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cups chopped red onion
1/4 cups sunflower seeds
1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cups feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing:
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/4 cups light mayo
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients and blend. Pour dressing over the broccoli salad and refrigerate for 2 hours up to 2 days.

You can also add an orange and grapes. Serves 6
