1/2 head lettuce (may substitue any lettuce type)
1 box small grape or cherry tomatoes
1 small container flaked feta cheese
1/2 jar salad prepared bacon bits
1/2 chopped green onion
1 small jar sliced ripe olives
8 tsp. lemon juice
8 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. basil
2tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Tear and wash lettuce. Arrange lettuce on large platter. Wash and arrange tomatoes on top of lettuce. Scatter the feta cheese on lettuce and tomatoe mixture. Sprinkle onion, olives, and bacon bits. Dressing: Mix together lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, basil, celery seed and olive oil. Spoon onto prepared salad. Tip: Do not spoon dressing onto salad until ready to serve.
