12 oz. box of elbows
4 TBS butter
2 TBS flour
2 cups fat free cheese
3 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. MSG
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Parmasan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook elbows according to package, add 1/2 tsp. salt
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat, then add flour whisking till smooth. Cook for 1 minute. Add the milk, cheese, and seasonings. Cook on medium heat until it starts to bubble then turn down to low to melt cheese. Add the elbows back in and stir until all are covered. Pour into a casserole dish, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on the top and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
