Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crusts (2 pie crusts)
16 oz. jar of salsa
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup sour cream
2 cups (8 oz.) cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen kernel corn
2 cans (9.75 oz. each) cubed chicken
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Let pie crusts stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to make it easier to work with. Stir salsa, soup, sour cream, cheese, corn, chicken and beans in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a 13 in.x 9 in.x 2 in. pan. Unfold pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Lay crusts side-by-side so they overlap about 3 inches in the center. Press the seam to seal. Roll the pie crusts into a 14 in.x 10 in. rectangle. Place pie crust over the chicken mixture and trim off excess around the edge. Cut several slits in crust. Bake at 400 F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
