1/3 c. oil

Put flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the center. Add eggs, milk and oil and stir until well blended.

We never have Bisquick or instant mixes in the house, but we have all the ingredients for this recipe and it takes 5 minutes to whip it up. We like to make the dry mix ahead of time and keep it in ziploc bags and all you have to do is add the liquids and you've got waffles mixed up in about 2 minutes.
