Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars Recipe

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
couple shakes of pumpkin pie spice (optional)
1/2 - 3/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream Cheese Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix all wet ingredients together. Then add dry. Mix well. Spray cookie sheet with Pam, pour in batter. Bake at 350 for approx. 28 minutes. (May vary according to your oven)
Cool completely and frost with cream cheese frosting.
Frosting: soften cream cheese, and add butter. Mix well, then add butter vanilla, and powdered sugar.
