2 TBSP olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 tsps dried parsley
2 tsps Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tuna, drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic. Cook unitil fragrant (but do not burn).
3. Add can crushed tomatoes. Add tomato paste, a little at a time, until you reach desired consistency.
4. Add all seasonings, adding more to taste, if desired.
5. Simmer on low until sauce starts to bubble.
6. Stir in tuna.
7. Serve hot over linguine or rotini.
