1 lb. raw shrimp
1 T. olive oil
1 T. melted butter
1 T. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t. coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel shrimp and remove tails. Combine all ingredients in large bowl or zip top bag. (Make sure butter has cooled slightly before adding to shrimp.) Toss to coat shrimp. Refrigerate at least one hour before cooking, tossing occasionally. Grill shrimp in basket or on skewers until pink.
