1 large onion, halved
1 can Rotel, chili with tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
fresh cilantro to taste (can also use dried)
garlic oil or salt to taste
lemon or lime juice to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, blend 1/2 onion, Rotel and diced tomatoes. Mix in the other half of onion (chopped) along with the cilantro, garlic and juice. Chill and serve.
