Prime Rib of Beef - Bone in or Boneless
Flour

Directions:
Cook only in ELECTRIC OVEN

Preheat to 500
Rub Roast with Flour, Pepper
Put in shallow baking pan
Set in Oven - NEVER OPEN DOOR DURING COOKING
Bake at 500 for 5 minutes per pound
After reaching the 5 min per pound time - DO NOT OPEN OVEN - shut off the oven and leave in for 10 minutes per pound, then enjoy perfect Prime Rib - Medium
