1/3 lb. each Bacon, sausage, and diced ham
1 diced bell pepper or 1/2 bell and 1 Jalapeno pepper if you like heat.
1 med. diced onion
3 potatoes, hash browns sliced
3 beaten eggs and cook lightly
1 cup cheddar cheese
flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat until done. Add onion and potatoes. When potatoes are done, add beaten eggs and cook lightly. Add cheese over top, cover and remove from heat. Let sit until cheese melts. Serve on flour tortillas.
