1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine, softened
1 egg plus 1 egg white
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
4 T. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and egg white. Mix. Then add dry ingredients. In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients. Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Put on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Cookies will puff up then flatten as they cook.
