8 oz spaghetti, broken in pieces
6 tbsp flour
1 c light cream
pepper to taste
5 tbsp minced green pepper
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
5 tbsp margarine
3 c chicken or turkey broth
1 tsp salt
1 c mushrooms, including juice
3 c turkey cubed
1/2 c shredded cheese

Cook spaghetti until just tender. Melt margarine. Stir in flour. Stir broth into flour mixture. Add cream. Cook until it bubbles and thickened. Add salt and pepper, drained spaghetti, mushrooms, green pepper, and cubed turkey. Turn into 2-3 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly brown.
