3 large green apples or 1 can of pie filling
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of greased cake pan 13x9x2 with sliced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon (a can of apples or any other fruit may be used.) Blend together sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, and beaten egg and pour over apples. Melt 1/2 stick butter and pour over top.

Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
