1 small jello (dissolved in 2 cups boiling water) flavor to match fruit
4 cups sugar
4 cups mashed fruit
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 qt whipping cream beat just enough to put air into it
1 1/2 qt whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, dissolve jello, cool. Mix sugar, fruit, salt, and lemon juice. Add cream and milk. Stir well. Churn and freeze.
