1 Stick of butter
1 Green pepper(chopped)
2 Red or yellow peppers (chopped)
2 Lemons (cut in pieces)
1 Batch green onions (chopped)
Mrs. Dash seasoning (yellow lid)
Tony Chacheret seasoning (green lid)
Red Fish fillets (skins left on)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and squeeze a few lemon pieces in it. Place fillets on grill with skin side down, brush with butter, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and Tony Chacheret and put vegetables on fillets. Dribble with lemon butter about every 5 minutes while cooking. Approximately 20 minutes. Fish will be flaky when done. Time varies with size of fillets.
