1/2 c. water
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 c. Crisco shortening
2 lbs. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, salt, and flavorings. Blend Crisco into mixture. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Ice cake with decorator knife. Tip: Dip knife into glass of water for ease in smoothing the icing. Reserve some icing for decorator touches (mix with food coloring).
