2 pounds of frozen hash browns -thawed out 8 ounces of sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 butter melted salt small onion chopped 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups crushed corn flakes 1/4 cup melted butter
Place hash brown potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix together sour cream, soup, milk, butter, salt and onion. Pour over potatoes. Dont mix. Top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese then 2 cups of crushed cornflakes and then drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
