1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup of oil
1 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with eggs and oil-- pat 2/3 of this mixture into greased 9x13 pan.
In another bowl, combine condensed milk,chocolate chips and butter-microwave 45 seconds..stir,repeat until melted.
Pour over cake mix in pan.
Drop remaining cake mix on top in random spots.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.. cool before cutting
