Walleye Fillets, or any fish
1 T. paprika
3/4 tspn. oregano
3/4 tspn. thyme
1 tspn. garlic powder
1 tspn. onion powder
1 tspn. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tspn. black pepper
2 - 3 sticks butter or oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Spray tin-foil pan with non-stick spray. Cut fillets into 1 to 2 inch x 4 inch strips, put in pan.

Melt butter in sauce pan, add spices and heat through. Pour on fish.

Put on grill to cook until fish is transparent.

Very spicy. Very good!
