6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 diced green pepper
diced red pepper
c. chopped celery if desired
c. silvered almonds
Mayonnaise to desired moistness
Salt & Pepper
Seasoned salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done and then cut into bite-size pieces. Combine chicken, red and green peppers, celery if desired, and almonds. Add salt, pepper, and season salt to taste. Serve on croissant rolls.
