1 C. sugar
1/2 C. (1 stick) margarine
3 mashed bananas
21/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 - 3/4 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together eggs, sugar and margarine. Add remaining ingredients.Pour mixture into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until butter knife inserted in center comes out clean.
