2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 16 oz. can pumpkin (2 cups)
2 tsp. milk
2 c sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 6 oz. package chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour (may need to add more)

Cream together eggs, oil, pumpkin. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Cool and Enjoy!
