2 6 oz boxes of cheddar cheese croutons
2 pkg of bulk Jimmy Dean's sausage
2 c of shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
3/4 tsp dry mustard
2 &1/2 c milk
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons in a well greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook & drain sausage, layer on crouton's, top with cheese. Beat eggs, mustard, 2 1/2 c milk and pour over the mixture Cover and refrigerate over night or at least 1 hour before baking. In the morning, mix mushroom soup and 1/2 c milk, pour over everything, and bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
