Directions:
Mix ground chuck, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 c. rice, and salt and pepper and stuff peppers. If any meat mixture is left make separate meat balls. You can cut the peppers in half and fill with meat mixture and the cooking time will be less. Place in 3 Qt. deep casserole dish or small roaster. Sprinkle the remaining of rice and onion over peppers and then pour 1 can of tomato sauce over peppers. Put potatoes on top of peppers and salt and pepper to taste. Pour remaining 2 cans of tomato sauce over potatoes and cover. Bake in for 1 to 1 1/2 Hr or until potatoes are done.
