1 white or yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup coconut
1 can (20 oz.) sliced apples (not apple pie filling)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first three ingredients and press into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and spread on top sliced apples. Mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Whisk together egg and sour cream and drizzle over entire mixture (won't completely cover). Bake 20-25 minutes at 350. Cool and serve.
