2 egg whites 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar 1 teaspoon vanilla 6 oz package mini chocolate chips
Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and vanilla, until it make peaks. Slowly add sugar with mixer until very stiff. Fold in chips. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper and place teaspoon of cookie batter on parchment paper.
Cook at 200º for 25-30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven overnight.
