3 oz. Corned Beef 3 T. Sauerkraut, well drained 1 Slice Swiss Cheese 2 Slices Pumpernickel Rye Bread 1 T. Thousand Island dressing 1 tsp. margarine or butter
Spread margarine on one side of each slice of bread. On the other side, spread the Thousand Island and stack the meat, cheese, and kraut. In a large skillet, cook, much as you would a grilled cheese sandwich, until bread is toasted and cheese melts
