1 lb. shrimp - cooked, deveined and cut in small pieces
1 chopped onion
1 chopped cucumber (seeded)
1 chopped bell pepper
Mayonnaise to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Take chopped vegetables and place in a colander and place in the sink or a bowl. Place a heavy bowl on top and allow to drain overnight.

The next day, combine vegetables with mayonnaise to your taste.
