3 - 4 Tomatoes seeded
1/2 Onion (preferably purple)
~ 1/3 bunch cilantro
1 Lime
~ 1 tsp salt
4 oz. Tequila (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour Tequila in a glass over ice. Add small amount of lime juice and a pinch of salt. Sip, while finely chopping tomato, onion, and cilantro. Transfer to a bowl, and add lime juice and salt to taste.
