2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1//2 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter - melted
3 oz. sharp cheddar - grated
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1/4 cup chopped green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine eggs and flour to make a smooth paste. Add cream, milk, spices and mix well. Add butter, cheese, corn and green chilis, mix well.

Bake at 350 until golden, about 55-60 minutes.

You can substitute jalapeno peppers for green chilis if you wish.
