2 c. cooked rice 1lbs ground chuck 1lbs ground sausage 1 diced bell pepper 1 diced onion 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can rotel tomatoes salt and pepper
In large skillet brown ground chuck and sausage salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease add peppers, onions and garlic. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add tomatoes and cooked rice, cover and simmer 10 min.
