5 lbs Italian sausage (mixed mild and hot)
2-3 green peppers, chopped
1-2 large onions, chopped
3 cans mushrooms, drained
2-3 large cans Italian tomatoes
Oregano, salt and pepper to taste



Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage into bite sized pieces or make small patties from ground sausage. Brown sausage.
Saute pepper and onion in sausage drippings.
Add mushrooms and tomatoes and cook a couple of hours.

Serve over rice or hard rolls.
