2 eggs
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (in its own juice, not
heavy syrup)
2 Tablespoons flour
3/4 C. sugar
1 refrigerated pie crust ( best if left at room
temperature for an hour before)




Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine eggs, pineapple, flour and sugar. Blend well. Pour into room temperature pie crust.

Bake for 1 hour.

Slices better when completely cooled and tastes even better the next day if chilled.
