2 tbsp. dry yeast 2 cups warm water 1/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter 2 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk 5 1/2 to 6 cups flour 1 egg
Mix the warm water and yeast together and let set 15 minutes. Then add remaining ingredients. Roll out and cut into shape. Let raise on cookie sheet for 15 more minutes. Rub on the rolls melted butter. Cook until golden brown
