"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
I have tried other Poppy Seed Dressings but find La Martinque to be the best. Plus it is a New Orleans product and I like to buy local!!

I add mayonnaise to cut the sweetness of the poppy seed dressing. Grapes also add sweetness

I use Blue Plate mayonnaise because it is also a New Orleans product

Salad dressing and mayo can be adjusted to taste and personal preference

Can adjust nuts and grapes to personal preference.

Can use green grapes------ or both red and green grapes

I find that warm, freshly cooked chicken breast mixes and blends the best

It is a salad so all ingredients can be adjusted to personal preference
