3 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. salt
3 eggs well beaten
10 1/2 c. flour
1 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the water,sugar,oil and yeast together and let set for 15 minutes. Add the salt,eggs, and flour. Stir well. Roll out one half inch thick. Spread with melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut with thread. Let raise for 10 minutes. Frost while still warm.
