6 cups flour
4 eggs
2 and 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup honey (to start)
1 and 1/2 T. cinnamon
1 and 1/2 T. ginger (or less)
1 tsp. cloves (optional)
1 heaping tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together with a dough hook. Add more honey to make moister and more baking soda for a softer cookie. Put dough in plastic bag and let rest for at least 4 hours.
Spray some PAM on a baking sheet and a little on rolling pin and roll out directly on cookie sheet, doubling dough over and re-rolling.

Cut and bake in 350 oven for at least 10 minutes.
