Chicken (breast meat best)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 sq. butter, softened
1 sq. butter, melted
2-3 rows Town House crackers
Poppy Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with salt--2 hrs. or until meat turns white. Drain and let cool. Break into bite size pieces. Mix soup, sour cream and 1 sq. butter. Add chicken, lightly mix. Pour in casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with 1 sq. butter, melted. Sprinkle thickly over chicken mixture. Sprinkle poppy seeds over all. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
