3 eggs
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 green pepper finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook eggs, sugar, and vinegar on low heat in stainless steel pot, beating all the time with electric mixer until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and cool by placing container in cold water. After cooling, add cream cheese (beat in with mixer) add pepper and onion. Store in refrigerator overnight and serve.
