1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
14 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple then fold in bread cubes. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour.
