3-4 lbs. diced pork
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cloves chopped garlic
Garlic Salt
1 cup flour
Water
1 pint tomatoes (blended)
8 chopped Pueblo green chilis
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
2 tbsp real butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in oil with the garlic. Sprinkle meat with garlic salt. Add flour and brown further. Add water a little at a time until you reach your desired thickness of chili. Add next four ingredients and cook slowly for about 1 hour. Add the butter and cook 10 more minutes or until pork is tender.
