20 med mushrooms
3 T butter
2 T finely chopped onions
2 T finely chopped red peppers
14 ritz crackers crushed ( 1/2 C crumbs)
2 T kraft 100 % parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
BAKE: 400 remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop enough stems (1/4 C) set aside.
MELT: butter in large skillet on med. heat. Add 1/4 C chopped mushrooms stems, onions and peppers. Cook until veggies are tender. Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese, and italian seasoning. Spoon into mushroom caps. place on ungreased baking sheet.
BAKE: 15 mins or until heated through
