1 - 29 oz can pumpkin
3 tsp cinnamon
3 C sugar
1 1/2 C oil
6 C flour
3 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 mins. Can use cream cheese icing.

This makes a lot of cookies, cookies will be very cakelike. I also find that I always seem to have to add more flour to receipe.
